Terms of Service

Last updated: August 23, 2026

Agreement

By downloading or using Dive Archive, you agree to these terms.

The app

Dive Archive is a paid, one-time-purchase dive logging app. Your purchase grants a license to use the app on your own devices, under Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement, except as modified below.

Your data

You own your dive data. It's stored in your own iCloud account (see the Privacy Policy for details) — we don't hold a copy of it and can't recover it for you if it's lost from your devices/iCloud.

Third-party services

Dive Archive integrates with Apple Health, PADI, and Strava at your option. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and privacy policies, not this one. We aren't responsible for their availability, accuracy, or how they handle data once it's on their systems.

No warranty on dive planning

Dive Archive is a logging and record-keeping tool. It is not a dive computer, dive planner, or safety device, and nothing in the app should be used to make in-water decisions about depth, time, gas, or decompression. Always rely on your own certified dive computer and training.

Changes

We may update the app and these terms over time. Continuing to use the app after an update means you accept the current terms.
