Support

We're happy to help.

Dive Archive logs your dives — pulled automatically from your Apple Watch, imported from a Garmin or Suunto file, or entered by hand — and can push them to your PADI logbook and Strava. If you have a question, run into a problem, or want to suggest a feature, get in touch.

Contact

Email jmj10585@gmail.com and we'll get back to you. Including your device model and iOS/macOS version helps us help you faster.

Purchase

Dive Archive is a one-time purchase with no subscription or renewal — pay once, use it for as long as you like. If a purchase isn't showing up on another device signed into the same Apple ID, try App Store › your profile › Purchased, or contact us and we'll help sort it out.

Oceanic+ (Apple Watch) sync not appearing

Make sure Health access is granted to Dive Archive in Settings › Privacy & Security › Health › Dive Archive, and that your Apple Watch has actually recorded the dive to Health (this can take a few minutes after surfacing). Dive Archive only reads what Health already has — it doesn't talk to the Watch directly.

Importing a Garmin or Suunto file

Export the dive as a FIT file from Garmin Connect or the Suunto app, then use Settings › Import Logbook Files › Import FIT File in Dive Archive. If a specific export doesn't import cleanly, email us a copy of the file and we'll take a look.

PADI / Strava sign-in

Both sign-ins happen on PADI's or Strava's own login page inside the app — Dive Archive never sees your password. If a sign-in isn't completing, check that you have a network connection and try again; if it still doesn't work, let us know which step it stalls on.

Privacy

Dive Archive stores your dive data only in your own iCloud account and runs no analytics of any kind. See our Privacy Policy for details.
